New to this and looking for help

Evening all

I hope this is in the right bit of the forum if its not please let me know where to put it.

Im all new to this and brought my self a G.T. Model 8003 Helicopter and getting the hang with it. Just looking for some spare bits now ive found a few websites but not being able to find a Rear tail blade.

Can anyone tell me where i could get one from or does another make fit on my helicopter.

Hi there mate.

The issue with your heli is parts support in the Uk. As you have found there are a few places that do spares, but the tail rotor has to be bought with the tail motor and can not be bought separately. It gets worse and the tail rotor kit only seems to be available from abroad:-

The tail kit is cheap itself, but shipping is always the killer!

If you really like the hobby then maybe its time to consider a heli with better partssupport. MCPx is always a good choice.

Yes this is just a tester to see if i enjoy it and then like ive read in other posts i might look at a better one that has better support in the uk

+1 on parts support. I went with a century neon blaze V3 because all the parts I could ever need are 5 mins away from me.

You might find another one will work, theres some on ebay for a syma 105/107 they might work if they create too much force you could always cut them down slightly? they only £1.85 and free shipping so gotta be worth a try.
