reset my settings WTF......

Hi I was just following a setup guide for a phoenix sim using my d6xi selected a new model and reset the dx6i to clear any old model signatures but somehow it reset the settings for my 450? How did this happen the only left was the name I gave it.......!!!, so as a newbie just need to know (as I had to reverse some servos) if the heli is head on towards you if I push right stick up what way does swash go up or down at front, also right stick left what side does swash lift, bearing in mind heli head on, rudder right heli tail goes?. All my other settings pitch and curve I had wrote down, many thanks guys

Steve, here's an exert from a pm I sent you a while back m8.

For flight direction control....

Move the right stick forwards, the swash tilts forwards (forward flight)

Move the right stick backwards and the swash tilts backwards (Backwards flight)

Move the right stick to the right and the swash tilts right (The heli rolls sideways to its right)

Move the right stick to the left and the swash tilts left (The heli rolls sideways to its left)

For pitch/Lift (Altitude) control....

Move the left stick forwards (Up) and the whole swash rises (Giving + pitch, increasing the lift making the heli rise)

Move the left stick back (Down) and the whole swash moves down (Giving - pitch, reducing the lift making the heli loose height)

You may need to hold the flybar still before you see both blade grips swivel equal amounts.

Result thanks graham, but any ideas why it reset the tx? And could u recommend a link to setting up the tx for the phoenix not interested in plank flying just the heli side of it
p.s without reseting the tx model programs

For phoenix i reccomend using the dx6i setting that is pre-set in phoenix

just set up a new model with heli and set servo type to 1 servo

make sure you have no trims set
