    Hi Joe

First off do you have a club nearby? It would pay you to visit one, see what other pilots are flying and speak to the experienced guys.
Next thing is to check on spare parts. The caliber is a good heli and you can't go wrong with the OS32.

However you might also like to consider the Thunder Tiger Raptor 30 and the Century Hawk Sport. Both are very good beginner heli's and are reasonably priced.

      Hi Joe,

I think Antsis has got this one fairly well covered, I have noticed one other thing though, that is the radio choice. The 6VH is the entry level of all the 6 channel sets and as such is the bare minimum of what you will need. I would suggest you look at the FF7 as a minimum instead.

The choice of radio soley depends on budget, i.e. how much money you have available to buy it with. The general rule here is to buy the best you can afford, even if it means gathering all the bits and pieces together over time to give yourself a chance to save up for the next radio up the line.

      Hope this helps.

      Cheers,

      Pete

like ive said in the past, have a look around at your local clubs, especially the one you intend to use, see what they are flying that way you are more likely to get assistance when required?
