They do come up S/H from time to time. But tbh they are few and far between as most who have it find it so useful they don't want to part with it.
So unless your willing to wait a fair bit, you may have to bite the bullet and buy new I'm afraid.

Nope, you can upgrade them all to the latest version for free.

The version doesn't matter as you get free updates. However I would make sure that they are genuine copies before you buy as the dongle is the part that matters. If its not the correct dongle, it won't control the software.

Be very careful. There's a lot of rubbish fakes about on the bay

But as long as you get an original copy (which must include the lead and dongle) it doesn't matter which version you get as you can update to the latest version on line
