The Twister Storm manual has the settings in the back for the DX7, might be a good starting point.

You can download the manual here

The settings in the manual are wrong. One of the + signs should be a - or the other way round. I can give you the settings I was given for my DX6i if you want, or you can look for a post that Boggy did about 2 years ago about taming the Blade 400. Blade 400 and Twister Storm share almost all parts. My settings are for HS65s which work the other way round, but it's easy enough to just change the directions.

Come to think of it a few things in the manual are wrong.
The connections to the esc from the motor should be the same colour wires. Manual shows them as different.
The esc should be mounted with the heatsink out, not in. The esc should be moved to outside the canopy anyway to be in the airflow.

There's good info available on the Blade 400.

and good luck with the gyro in heading hold especially in the cold weather.
