trouble with buying another 30 size muffler is that its more money down the pan when you eventually upgrade to a 50....

next time you put your std 30 size muffler back on, mix up a v,small amount of 5 minute epoxy and apply a thin smear to the mating surfaces, and to the ends of the screws and fit locknuts (optional)
      then re-fit and forget.
dont waste your money on a muffler buy more fuel

I've got a used one you can have for £15 including postage.

It's one of these (at the top of the page) -> http://www.justengines.unseen.org/pipes_heli.htm

I've got a 50 size one on my Sceadu which is good as well, and a 70 size one sitting around in a drawer somewhere!

PM me if you'r interested with your email address, and I'll send you some photos.

had the same thing with my muffler on my rappy 30, the epoxy cured it and gave a good seal on the engine to muffler joint.

now iv only got to do the same thing with my carb, at the weekend the retaining screw came loose and the throttle barrel fell out, lucky I was almost at ground level at the time lol
            All the best
