  • Fuel Again, sorry !

    Hi Guy's,

I built a Raptor Titan last summer but got distracted into other things and never flew it. I have got it out of the cupboard and short of a damn good setting up its ready to fly except for the fuel issue.

I have fitted it with the OS 50SX-Hyper engine and wonder what fuel I should use ?

    Cheers.

          Is there?
I thought they were both 18%

Unless you go to Wildcat 30% which contains 23% oil.

          Cheers,

                      Cool!
It would be interesting to have a look at the piston through the exhaust port now, and again in a couple of months after running YP30 - to see if theres any difference. The Klotz oils in Wildcat do a great job in cleaning up the carbon deposits on it, I've found.

Having just replaced my piston ring in my Hyper 50, it was nice to see a piston that looked almost brand new for a change!
                      Cheers,
