Do you mean when it gets light on the skids it keeps spinning fast one way then try turning the gyro 180° so the the label is facing the other way.
the tail blades may move in the correct direction when putting stick input in but the gyro may not be going the right way.

I made that mistake on my first heli to (also with a PG-03 gyro)

first make sure the belt is not sliping as that would do it.
have not played with a pg03 for a while but do seem to remember control as being "vague"
has this heli been flown and proven before the belt conversion?

the pg03 is more of a lazy stabiliser than a gyro...

they do work but you are always going to have your work cut out even once its setup right.

is it spinning uncontrollably? or does it just seem to want to go one way all the time?

it could be that you have the gyro upside down meaning when the nose goes right the gyro moves the servo to make it go even more right. if its doing this then you need to flip the gyro over. when you move the nose of the model the tail pitch should counter it.

it did fly ok last week, well sort of but now the nose just wants to go right. stick input does not seem to have any affect.

                Hi,

                I had a similar prob on my T-Rex 450S.
                Found out 2 things:
                1) My belt was slipping
                2) My head speed was way too low.

                After that, it flies perfectly!

                Cheers,
                Robin.

                    do you put some pitch,
i was making this mistake thinking that a rate gyro worked like a heading hold gyro. so i set the tail up everything level at 90 degress when it needs some pitch in about 8 degress i think is needed.

yes mine did spin round in circles. still does the tail on the zoom is lousy keep loosing the stupid little pin on the tail slider. im looking to upgrade to a cnc tail http://www.blinktrading.co.uk

                    hope this helps

ahhh pg03 gain pot is rubbish, if you turn it up to full you get very low gain. you have to back it off of full a little.
