Hi guys
Is there a website out there that covers details such as pitch setup & tail setup, would be handy to have a section on gyros & gyro settings also.
After failing to learn to fly proper helis a few years back & jibbing out, I've decided to dip my toe back into this pool of torture.
I am flying a hummer V3 at the moment which I'm doing sort of circuits with at an indoor venue, not exactly hard core I know but I scared myself witless with IC helis & little micros arent quite so intimidating for me.
I have now purchased a Trex 450 which I've fitted out with the align motor & speedo combo, an apogee 1700mah 3s1p lipo, a GY401 & HS50, HS65's every where else. The hard part for me is going to be setting this little beast up because I dont have a clue. I'm at the point where the heli is ready but the heli pilot isnt sure & last time I tried setting a zoom up it hit the bedroom ceiling after a frantic session of setting up the tail. I have however learnt to never reverse the throttle at the TX when the heli is thrashing around in a very fast piro on the bedroom floor
Any help or advice would be gratefully received guys.
Ta for now
