Well, I just took the plunge and joined the big boys by buying a used (but absolutely immaculate) raptor 50 v2 (previously I have only flown trex450 type things).
Its got JR gear in it and a CSM SL560 gyro and OS50 std (not hyper).
I didn't want the JR pcm rx that was in it as my gear is Futaba.
The previous owner however produced a Futaba Rx that he had ended up with in a trex he's bought second hand.
This is a Futaba R136HP 6 channel PCM1024.
Is this dual conversion or single conversion? (it doesn't say on it!).
I'm also convinced it antenna has been chopped by the trex owner as it measures only 560mm.
where can I find out the correct antenna length?
Of course this Rx will not be flying my raptor until it has been in my foamie glider for a good check out and range test!
