  • New Knight 50

    I know this will please Ade - I have decided I am getting a new Knight..
    Will the S148s I got with my FF7 do the job - or a new ones defo req'd
    I am gonna use a 401 and the servo
    Will a rev lock help me?
    Aanyone got any manuals or suff for the Knight I could read that they could send?

    148`s are deffo no good..he will advise you whats best for you

      I recommend futaba s3152 they are a fair bit more expensive than the 148s at 25ukp each but they provide the accuracy needed for CCPM.

      148s will work but definitly not recomended.

      on a side note, raptors benefit from better servos too. Since a few of the local guys upgraded their raptors to these servos even the ones that had only recently learnt to hover noticed a big increase in accuracy.

        will my R168DF and the battery that came with the radio set be ok for now?

          yes it will be fine its worth upgrading to a PCM rx if you can tho. Should something happen to either battery voltage or signal quality it will go into failsafe. Failsafe is a preset location for servos you can set each channel independantly. On helis we set this so that the throttle comes back to idle.

          this reduces the chances of the model flying away to almost zero.

          the battery is useless. You dont need a rev-lock works fine without. Useful for when you start flying around tho.
