T-Rex 450 X XL SE

Just a quick question about the 450 series why are there so many and which is the best??

From what I have read and what I have seen the SE is the best model as it is all aluminium etc and the other models are plastic is this true ??

SE is Carbon Fibre, plastic and Ally and most of the others are predominantly plastic with a bit of ally.

Plastic ones are generally cheaper to crash and once setup fly fine pretty much the same as the SE.

As far as I know, the X is the grey plastic one. The XL is pretty much the same heli but with a different black plastic. The SE has different frames from carbon and more bling all round but is pretty much the same design again.

The 450X and the 450XL are different. Kinda like a mark I escort is to a markII! Haha

But you can get different flavours for both also. HDE or CDE/CCPM which are different servo to swash configurations. I use CCPM (basically: 3 servos mixed for controlling the swash - mixing) others love their HDE (basically: servo for each control - aileron, pitch, elavator )

That ebay model says CCPM but it's more like HDE to me
