    Hi all
Came back from holiday on Friday PM. Charged everything up and went down the field today. I was expecting to have taken a step back but I was not expecting how nervous I felt. It took a good three tanks before I felt "ok" and even then I had to whizz the tail around a couple of times to get back to my comfort zone (I was practising nose in hovering). Do any of you guys have this when you have been away from it for away?

Errrrrm, no. Quite the opposite actually.

I find a weekend away from the flying site has the effect of getting me out of whatever rutt I might have been in prior to being away, so I come back all revved up and ready to try something new, having forgotten all about what ever was bogging me down before I went away.

    Does that make any sense????

even 3 days off is enough to loose that "locked in" feel.

Yes, I find that too, if I have a period of a few days when I havent flown either at the field or on the sim, I tend to loose my "touch". I often find it take a few tanks to get it back again.

        Pete.
