How Do I.... Fly inverted

Guys....

Now inverted the start...

Lets sat I go do a Loop for example now If I level off inverted at the top
and say want to fly on how do I do it.....

So goto the Top of my Loop level out and then want to contiune inverted
say 10-100ft inverted before I Return back to normal flying how do I
do it and most important contiune flying forwards.

Now I understand my Throttle Stick Will be down giving me pitch to stay
flying and throttle but how do I make the Heli Contiune forwards is it still
up on the right hand stick?

Returning to normal Flight I could manage as its basically finshing off
the loop.

Just need it in my head before I try it.

Sorry need to ask no sim to play with :-)

its the same as flying fowards right way up excepte elevator, rudder and pitch are reversed.
