Can anyone tell me at what temp they would expect a tt39 to run at, I have measured it in a hover and its around 105 oC is that what you would expect. running prosynth 5%

Don't know actual numbers, but there is a simple method of checking if the engine is running at the right setting. After hovering for a few minutes, land and kill the engine. Stop the blades and put your finger on the crankcase cover. This has to be done pretty quickly after killing the motor. If you can keep your finger on the engine for about 10 secs or more without being burnt, then the engine is running on the correct needle setting. Obviously if it stings straight away, you're running it too lean. The TT motors like to run slightly rich.

Sounds a little hot to me, but like antsis says try touching it after flight to get it to temp.
My OS50 Hyper only gets warm to the touch in the Raptor, my OS32 gets hotter but nothing to burn quickly. Not put my IR gauge on them though so no definate figures and the TT39 may like to run differently to OS anyway.
