  • Lightest SIM

Hi all. Very long time no speak! It must be more than a year!?
I've been absent due to working hard on trying to get a new business off the ground. STRESS!!!!

Anyway, ill shortly be blowing the dust of the micro's and the still as yet unused Balance Charger you guys tried so hard to teach me about.
One thing I never really bothered much with is a sim, well apart with the occasional tinker with the free version of the neXt sim on my very old MAC.

My question: Is there a sim that is happy to run on basic non gaming laptops, namely an HP Pavilion 15AB269SA (2015)?
I will be using my old DX6i and

    Thanks

Why don't you try the free NeXt demo on your laptop - it's not just Mac specific.
SAB Goblin 380 KSE - latest love thang
Lynx OXY 3 - my mini flagship!
Blade 180 CFX - field beater for new moves

    Blade mCPX - sold

Blade Nano QX - house fly of choice
Blade mCX2 - retired but will be back when the kids get a bit bigger

Because im obviously an idiot for not trying that first but also because perhaps someone here might be aware of something particularly suited to low spec laptops. Well, I say low spec but I don't suppose it's that bad compared to old laptops.

I always thought NeXt was pretty light on processing, but only one way to find out and it won't cost you anything.

NeXt is generally regarded as one of the sims with a lighter requirement. Phoenix is another, but of the two NeXt has the better reputation for flying, and a free trial too.
