Jr xg8 & align trex 450 se v2

I have a two 450 helicopters that i am wanting to learn to fly but the controller is baffling me. The first is a HK450 SE2 and the other is an Align 450 trex SE V2. I have an JR XG8 controller and am wanting to set up the controller to fly the model. I am wanting to know how to setup the throttle hold to maintain a constant throttle (or Idle up) but it is baffling me, any help would be gratefully accepted.

If you want to start on a 450 heli you must at least get some experience with either a small 4ch heli first and some simulator on your computer.

Visit your local hobbyshop for a beginners heli or your local RC club for advise.
