hi guys looking to bling out my ark x400 abit with some alu, looking at the trex 450 alu tail. is there a differnce in orperation compared to a stock plastic setup ? is there smother movment ? stronger i gess...

Yes mate the rex tail will fit and greatly improves movement over the stock plastic one which is everage at best and tends to stick. Actually I have some microheli rex upgrades for sale in the electrics classifieds section if your after upgrades.Velocity 50
