The one you linked to is only 50W per channel and for a modest 1C charge rate you need more like 75W for each of your 3000 mAh 6S batteries. It will work but will be very slow to charge. So for example if you wanted to charge 4 of those batteries together at a standard 1C charge rate, you would need a charger with at least 300W total and 12A total current capacity. In your shoes I'd go for the 1000W iCharger 306B and then you could charge half a dozen of these batteries at a time without any concern.
