Hello guys
It must be problem blade 200 week.
I have a problem with mail tail I think.
After a crash I changed the tail blade, servo and up graded the tail, main blade grips but all it wants to do is spin round all the time.

If you had a crash, you can't really blame the heli for being weak! If the heli is spinning around, it is because the tail is not counteracting the torque of the main rotors. Does the tail rotor spin at all?

It spins intermittently.
I tried swoping the contections round on the plugs then smoke starting coming out of the motor so it cant be going round the wrong way.
After that the moter still spins the same.

Your best option will be to send the whole heli to Horizon's service department in Essex. They'll just fix it for you. They may charge for the replacement parts, but 9 times out of 10, they'll repair for free.

I think he meant "week" Tom, not "weak" :-D

To the OP, if it was spinning around there are a few things it could be, but if you had smoke coming out of the motor then that's basically toast. Better to replace that motor than try to fly it with a problem and end up breaking more stuff in a crash.

It may well be the tail motor was bad anyway, I believe it's the typical brushless motor with three wires, so if you do get the wires the wrong way round all that happens is it spins the wrong way. Smoke coming from the motor probably means you had a wire shorting in the motor and in that case even if it was spinning the right way it may not have had enough power to stop the heli spinning.

If you're confident with your repairs, pick up a new tail motor and try again. Learning to repair heli's is as much a part of this hobby as flying them :-)
