I'm using the stock 30C 800mAh it came with and a couple of Overlander 860mAh. No idea where I got the Overlanders from but would like a couple more. I'd get a couple of Main Gear wheels (BLH2012), £4.75 from Midland Helicopters for a pack contains 2. Look at this as a sacrificial part; seconds to change. The 200 is a great beginners machine, I'm loving mine.

Have you got a part number for those 1000s Dean? I'd be wary of their size and particularly weight; there's not a lot of space under the canopy, little spare umph in the motor to cope with additional weight and you don't want to disturb the CoG too much. I'm currently getting 9 minutes from my 860s with oodles spare when I land.

It's a shame that 10 mins is what most give. I'd love to be flying longer than that lol

if your in the midlands area, penn models in kingswinford sell the overlander 860mah @ about £15. you only get the same 10 mins fly time so i bought 3, plus the one that comes with it is 40 mins, you just have to swap the battery a few times.

I thought 10 minutes was good going, much longer than that I'd lose interest and concentration with the inevitable result. I've looked at Dean's 1000s mentioned above. From what I see they are 10mm wider and 35g heavier than the stock eFlight battery. Whether they would fit and what the extra weight would do to the CoG I don't know, cracking price however, no wonder they've sold out at the UK warehouse.

oh and id also pick up a pack of the tail rotors, you only need to sneeze by them and they break, you get 2 in a pack and the screw and washers for about £4, but when you fit them they go smooth side away from the motor.

I'd prob leave the heavier battery then. Less flight time more effort maybe? And might not fit
