I have 2 questions on using Cellpro Multi4 (new to this)
Bought the above charger after advice here ...
Q1 Manual mentions that as well as the 20 loaded presets there are 50 more in a library ... are these documented somewhere so I can see what I could use?
Q2 and this is probably pretty basic ... if I take NiMh I use as starter packs .. 2 of 3000mAh NiMh
The only suitable preset would seem to be "NiMh fast charge with trickle" ... so I select this but have to set manually the charge rate ... charge rate for NiMH is 0.5C (or 1C if you want faster charge) ... which means I should charge at 1.5A .... is this correct ?
If I charge at lower rate .. is the only disadvantage the time taken. most batteries last longer on lower current charge.
I have been charging at 1.0A ..... speed of charge is not a requirement.
