Newbie here!!
I have been looking over the last few weeks to get into flying a quad for use with a gopro - my son is into photography and videos and thought it would be something cool we could do together.
I began looking at the the Blade 350, the the Walkera 350, then the Phantom and now the F450!!
I am swaying towards the F450 with Naza M GPS now as it looks better for repairing and adding in the future.
My tx i am looking at is the Devo 7 to start with - i can get one reasonably priced from a local guy. My questions -
1. Is the Devo 7 ok to start with for the F450 and if i buy it separately from the F450 what receiver will i need for the quad? Also - as a newbie will i be able to pair it and set it up ok with a little patience and the DJI website help? Or am i better paying a little extra and buying a kit that i have seen that comes with the Devo 7 already and is set up - i just need to add the lipo battery?
2. Can i mount a gopro straight onto the F450 frame lip ok with the gopro stock flat sticky mount that comes with it or will i just get jello with that? If i buy legs for it can put the gopro underneath like that? I have seen another site where a guy made some batwings for the frame and attached the gopro to the front one and the battery to the back and it looked good with no props in view and no jello
