Century EVO 180 SE topples over

Hi Guys, first off totally new to heli's not into all the terms etc so be gentle with me please.

Bought a Century EVO 180SE just at point of lift off it topples over ( to right side)
is this usual ? am I doing something wrong ?

It is straight out of the box does it need setting up?

any help would be appreciated
