Hi guys , so before I start to fly 6 channel rc helicopters I thought it might be best to learn the ins and outs of the helicopter my self and got myself a esky belt cp witch was in a mess when I got it all broke etc . So took it all apart and started from scratch !

Okay so as it stands I have every think set the way the manual has it set out I've used a swash plate leveller and pitch gauge ect but when I start up the motor an the blades go round I start to get mild vibrations down though the main shaft and this is just indoors with not very much power and hold it down I've even tried to put more power on an then the vibration can get worse or some times

Any clues to what might be causing this would be a great help

ive changed the blades, main gear , main shaft , flybar , the bar for the main blade clamp so I know nun of them are bent .

    Cheers !

Assuming everything is straight (ie. main shaft, feathering spindle etc.), then a vibration is usually caused by an imbalance. Out of balance main or tail blades would be the first thing to check.

        balance the blades
make sure the flybar is central in the head (ie the same distance out each side)
        the paddles are inline
        the blade tracking is correct
check that one blade isn't tighter in the grips than the other
all rotating parts are in good order and in balance
and that the new parts are not bent

yes you can get new out of the packet parts that are bent

Hi you said this happens indoor dose this also happen on the grass?,i also had a similar problem when flying my mini titan indoor it had a very bad vibration/wobble on take off and landing. I was able to get rid off it by going into idle up on take off and putting my stick to mid 0% of pitch and for landing only i was on the ground i would hit throttle hold and keep the stick at mid 0% pitch this fixed it for me.

I don't know this heli but on the small Aligns if you over tighten the jesus bolt on the main gear it can distort it causing a vibe, worth a look..

Okay after stripping the belt cp down to bits again and then rebuilt it the vibrations have gone and I feel now the helicopter is now ready to fly , so now I'm using the flight sim as I don't want to even take the belt cp out lol but thanks for all your feed back guys !
