There are many options to tweak on the sim mate, probably the best place to start is the simulation speed, it's set to 50% I believe, up this and see how it feels

I'm using 100% on all models

Two things i do to improve the realisim is set simulation speed to 110% and then edit the model in simple mode, swing the dial arround ~80% (advanced). This picks things up a bit and makes it move more like a real heli. Standard settings are nothing like a real heli at all... way to slow and stable

Go into the settings and adjust things until it feels like your Raptor 50... simples!


You can't make Phoenix (or any other sim) 'feel' like the real thing. You can get it somewhere near but at the end of the day, (IMHO) all the sim is really good for is stick time and getting neurons to fire so our brain tells our fingers what to do.

I can do things on the sim that I wouldn't dream of doing with a real heli... mostly because the crash costs are much higher on the real thing!

If you want realism, fly the real thing (again, IMHO)

suppose that's true mate , just got it as best I can , should help for when I get mines repaired

And sim can never simulate the biggest single factor. Reality!!
Things are very different when its in front of u making lots of smoke and noise vs a sim with zero crash costs.
