Posted the unit to them monday lunchtime using special delivery ... arrived sometime tuesday .... Already have a replacement!!

Note said: Tested, shorter range than expected, replaced

another happy customer, sent my ar7200bx for inspection because of random binding issues, they replaced it even though they couldn't reproduce my problem. Brilliant service
