  • overshoot on pitch pumps?

Got my 700e flying nice thanks to input from you guys regardint the tx setting on bx.

Only issue i have now is when doing pitch pumps the heli seems to want to carry on a little further down even after ive started applying positive pitch,as if its overshooting.

ive got -12/0/+12 and a straight linear pitch curve 0-100 as per the manual in idl2.collective seems smooth from top to bottom and ive tried a flat line throttle curve of 100% rather than my usual v-curve.

Ive tried adjusting pots 1 and 2 and lowering increasing/decreasing the control behaviour.any other ideas?

    thanks!

Have you got all cyclic tva the same? if you turn up the aile and ele to say 110% do'nt forget to do the same on pitch. also imo nice at medium=red menue H perameters menu p/boost.

I would say in fairness that it's pretty normal for a heli to take a little while to reverse, I wouldn't have said it's anything to do with the Beast but more to do with the blades.

Are they the same blades as before and did it do this flybarred

Thanks for the replies.cuppa yes all atv the same but ill try lowering the pitch boost like you said.

davey it did it a little previously on 3gx so you could be onto something with the blades.its always been FBL using align 3G blades...

If you are running the BEASTX then defiantly turn the pitch boost to medium. Makes a huge difference

Pretty much sorted!.put the pitch boost back down to medium from its max setting (was getting some pitch up in flight) and went through a full heli set up again to get blue led's where required. Its flying nicely now, thanks!.

program your heli to have more positive than negative .e.g. +12 -10
