Backwards drift

I don't think its the control unit itself as for when I first set it up its was perfect throughout the battery it started the happen once I started playing parameters & then at one point cured it; again instead of leaving it at that" I had to play again & that put it back into a tail drift, I think its a relationship between gain pots & parameters as at one point it did it with my 500efl & now I've got that one setup to my liking there's no need to play any more.

I had backwards drift on my 500, I moved the 3gx from the top rear shelf to the lower one, changed all the bearings in my bird and upped servo voltage to 6v from 5.5 and i THINK its fixed it.

Will try and get out this afternoon and report back.

My heli has only had 12 flights and the cc bec is set to 6v and the 3gx is under the main shaft. Maybe it is too cold up north for it I have some new bearing for the main shaft as I heard the stock ones were not great so will try with new ones in...

Really happy with the 3GX for the first couple of mins of flight!!

The thing that alerted me to the shaft bearings was when i took all the blades and tail off etc (including tail gearbox) and span the main shaft while holding the frame in my hands, it felt really quite rough - I could feel vibrations just from spinning it by hand!

After doing all that I had to reduce all my gains...
