Any of the above will work. Have had great success with the Castle Creations BEC PRO. LiFe packs work well to and is only one item to buy.

I use the CC Bec Pro in a lot of my 2m electric planes so use to them and you can set the voltage to what ever you like
and there nice and small
so might get one and use that
