3GX v5 RAR file won't extract, any ideas please

I've downloaded 3GX v5 .RAR file but it refuses to extract.
I'm using RarZilla which has always worked OK before.
Windows 8.1

Any ideas please.

Seems I had to accept default extract directory as same as file directory.
I was changing to my chosen directory.
