  • Switched to rapicon......WOW!

I just switched over to rapicon 30% (as my local model shop now stocks it) form model technics 30% bekra, and all i could say after the first flight was wow, its just brilliant. The engine ran more consistiant, hads tons more power and was very cool after some hard 3d, im soo impressed im sure i will be sticking with this great fuel.

The helis doesnt bog half sa much as it did it just need a bit more tuning! And also glad there is hardly any residue left on the model after the flight!

    Two thumbs up! :-)

I swear by Rapicon, I have far less issues now than I ever did with opti or MT and I haven't had to change a bearing all summer!

I was using Rapicon 15% and recently switched to MT 16% and there's little difference, if any. I was
always happy with Rapicon and the switch was only due to the price being a bit lower on the MT.

Everyone has different views on fuel, and what ever you read on here is usually someone enlarging their sponspors ego.

...and saying that, just noticed one sponsored pilot has jumped ship from their 'favoured brand'.

Best off buying some a trying it for yourself.

the first thing you need to know about fuel is that you have a good supply all year round and it doesn't go into short supply in the summer months

Not had anything go rusty since switching to Rapicon, goes well in my heli's and gives a great smoke trail on my planks.
                              Cheers,
