  • is there a difference??

    just looking on flea bay and i came accross optifuel 20% whitch is what i need but it says model car fuel is this the same and heli fuel or is it different?

    I think model car fuel has less oil. Stick to helifuel. There is an optifuel mix specific to helis.

    Model car engines spend a lot of time at half or less throttle so can get away with less lubricant than a heli which spends most of its time on 3/4 or more throttle.

          It's all the same price £23 but for a few pennies. Have you considered rapicon? Cheaper, free delivery, stinks a bit and I haven't changed a rear bearing yet whilst using it. Most of last year!
