wildcat is good fuel I used it years ago for quite a while in the webra and tuned pipe days, when my stash of rapicon runs out I'll be going back to it.
Most(not all!) of the others on the market seem hash and corrosive in my experience, excluding rapicon wildcat and some of the MT stuff

I've always used model technics until recently. My local supplier shut down and Ive switched to a shop made brand. I've also just finished a gallon of wildcat. From a power perspective I've not noticed much, all have required a slight change in needles but that's part of owning a nitro so no bother. I've not changed bearings on this new fuel yet so can't say if it's had any detrimental affect but I am guessing alls ok as the engines are running well.

I hate to see the demise of nitro, having a proper engine is what drew me to rc in the first place.

i would not worry too much about switching fuels, finding a good supply is the tough part. If your stuck I know that my new supplier will ship to keep postage costs down get a couple of cases at a time, just google Probuild models.

        good luck

Ive gone to 20% SLV for the heli's as you cant get Rapicon anywhere. Flew last week and didnt touch the needles and the 90 ran well. Will keep an eye on the bearings. For my planks I have gone with Weston Pro synth as I know this leaves the motors super clean. Its a shame about the Rapicon, it worked well in all my models. Most people at my club have gone back to nitro in the last year.
          Cheers,
          Simon

I used it for years as well and suited me nicely. Recently I have gotten fed up with a 20+ minute drive to get fuel.
Helicopter pilots get it up quicker.

When the blue light is flashing I am kidding.

Why simplify when it is so much simpler to complicate.
