Crank tool slipped, and the bottom of the piston came flying down:

I take it it's beyond repair? Anyone know of anywhere with the piston in stock?

if this is a 105 os , please ensure you put the backplate on with the half moon slot at the top ,..... or it going to get very expensive

I've taken the ring off the piston but stupidly forgotten which way up it was ha. I've bought a new one anyway; shall I fit the existing ring with the existing sleeve (with a 50% chance of the ring being upside down) or just fit a new ring with the existing sleeve?
