Looking at Fast lad the 2 bearings are listed as the same.....srx = ys 1050 and ys5860 and the sr = r6211 and s9113....

Yes, the rear bearing is the same across the YS91-120 engines. The crankcase is the same (bottom end) ant the crank is the same except the 120 crank pin is off set by .5mmHenseleit TDR
