Good and Bad on FPV in one evening on The one show and Gadget show

Suprised no posts on either of these shows earlier in the week. The pro was on the Gadget show showing the DRL and its world tour some good footage, then you have the one show I think showing the new Drone killer which they are looking to use to take down drone's, but at the moment during the filming they say its illegal to take down a flying machine so why can the BBC show an illegal act??
