Trex 600 first motor run

Well just finished the first build of my trex 600 and have just run up the motor, just wanted make sure everything was ok. I got the motor mesh position right and put some locktite on the bolts. If the motor sounds ok then next step is to level the swash and sort out the paddles. I then am going to decide on which scale body to get

I got it held down and the pitch is set to 50% for the test.

im sorry m8 but a 600 is not a good idea for spining up in your front room what if something had gone wrong

Mike.

On the positive side the 600 looks to run very well which is good.

The negative is take note mate, Spooling up a 600 indoors choose how well you got it tethered down is not recommended at all.

Remember the Raptor 90 vid that was posted, He got slated for years.

Nothing much different in this video TBH.

Good luck with the scale build though, Should be a lovely heli.

Jeez,i think hes got the message lol

And its not exactly showing off or going for a hover is it,most of us do a spool up when we have built a model,or are we all that good it flys out the box so to speak
