Check the reverse menu and see if the throttle channel is rev or nor. Most ESC when coupled with Futaba need the throttle channel reversed.

For an ESC to arm it needs to see 0 throttle. You have moved something as you know. If your particular TX has a servo monitor screen go there and see what the throttle channel is set to when in your turn-on spoolup mode.

Throttle hold is off. The heli is just bleeping at me. I reset the settings on the futaba as I was just getting problems but the heli was flying well at least in a circle. But now as you guys have said it does not want to power up! All servers work's have set them back up but the power just does not want to come on. It used to idle up. Anything I have missed my unit is a T6EXHP cheers

If the heli is bleeping at you, it sounds like the throttle ch has been reversed and you've booted up into the ESC's programming mode. Switch the heli off, switch ch3, put throttle to idle, turn the heli on and see if it works then. Make sure you have the pinion and blades removed. Swapping a throttle ch at the wrong time can be very dangerous if precautions aren't taken.
