need some advice got a 700e 3g with scorpion 4035 560 ,castle pro 110hv esc

whats best governor mode with curves as backup or just run on curves and not use governor mode

my 600n 3g runs with governor with curves set up as backup as this is my first big elec im asking all the

questions before i fly it
