think the new model has a newer motor and re-designed head with better link rods

I Like my 250 I had a crash and the links came off I thought I would have to change the main shaft and feathering spindle. The plastic main blade and sheared hitting the concrete floor. To my amazement when I stripped the heli down, everything was ok. The only thing I changed is the plastic blades..... I have a lot of respect for that model

it looks to fly a lot better than the old one, the tail seems a lot more solid as well. tempted to give the 250 another go based on this video, the first 250 v1 production batch i tried was really not to my taste and the tail was horrible.

Its a bit out of my price range, the 250 i got was a mk1 combo kit, i.e no servos gyros, just motor and esc, I brought it from skyline who was having a sale at the time. I brought the combo kit for £70 including delivery, and put in some hitec hs65 plastic geared servos on it, I had a spare gp750 gyro and I brought the align ds420. The machine has been a blast, I see that the new super combo flybarred version is £250 which is a bit dear for me, but still I would love to buy one just to build it
