Not much, that is why most have recommended the mCPx which can handle a knock far better than any 250/450
My vote goes with the mCPx for an indoor cp heli that is durable.

Right guys, went to my local hobby shop. Walked out with a mcpx for me and a blade Sr for the old man. He fall in love with it at the shop. And he said he hates building things!lol. Let u know how they go. Gona fly my trex 550 now while the batteries charge
Will be interested to see how he gets on with it. If he just likes to hover about im sure it will be great. But electric tail motors on collective pitch heli's just dont work really. But to just hover and potter about it should be ok..... wouldnt want to be trying anything fast with it though. Defo no hurricanes or pie dishes![]()
I would suggest the mcpx for the both of you, the msr or even in the 120 guise won't keep you entertained for long. The mcpx is in my opinion the best collective pitch trainer out there at the min.
