Default Satellite Receiver position & proximity to ESC

Any one know if it's OK to position one of my satellite receivers at the rear of my T Rex700e within 2-3 inches of my CCHV160 esc?

Esc is mounted in the usual position and I want to mount a sat on an extended plate on the rear right hand side frame just above the access hole for the tail servo.

    Any problems with interference here?

The main problems with pickup is when wires run parallel to each other. It's wires carrying high current and current being switched on and off that is the main problem. With 2.4Ghz though and brushless motors the problems are much less than they used to be. The only way to be sure is to do a range test at 1m height and in all orientations with the motor on and off to see how much difference there is. It depends as well on how much range you want. I use telemetry now and I know if the telemetry is working that I'm in range, as the tx to rx link is better than the rx to tx link. That's on multiplex.

I wish I had your problems by the way.
