it shows the connected mode during the bind process, if that helps.
Should be "DSMX 2048/11" if you've chosen 11 ms frame rate.

Yeah, just select DSMX on V-Bar (I'm guessing you are using V-Bar due to your sig) and rebind...
As said above it'll show on the bind screen.
Enjoy the 11ms response.
