Bought this for a plank, thought it looked a bit crap for a spektrum product and it came from HK when the item said London, so sent it to spektrum for checking.

** IT IS FAKE **

They sent me back a letter as follows;

remarks:
No PID number.
Packaging slightly different.
Bind plug not using gold crimps. Chip face filed away.
Will not connect to our file reader and does not display any quick connect or brown out features.

Reolution:

This receiver is not a genuine spektrum item.
Please contact your supplier.Returned as requested.

Yes...Plug it in a simstick it dosent matter if its short range... can you see your monitor from 1/4 mile...
