got my production datapod today and thought people would like a looksy. it is very easy/fast to use for programming as you would expect.

should be in the shops in a few weeks :-)

Looks cool. I know we were crying out for this thing way back in the days before FBL controllers. I am assuming this will be future compatible with Spartan products? Spartan FBL soon to be available??

yes it will work with all future products. it also is capable of other things which will become apparent in due course.

the FBL is on the way yes-i'll have my testing unit shortly, i will be a busy boy at the local flying field :-)

I'm going to come to Glasgow and pull my old "oh look a pigeon" distraction technique while carefully unplugging your vortex and running off with it....

Of course now you know it's coming it probably won't work... I may have to improvise.

The vortex has not been released buddy which is what he wants to "borrow" from me.

I know the Vortex is not available yet. I misread the posts and was thinking of the original post title as I was typing. I am looking forward to the release of both.

I have a fusion 50 that im build now and i'm looking into a new gyro

It's a compact and sophisticated control panel for a Spartan gyro (and their other kit).

You really won't go wrong with a Spartan gyro. Easy to set up, and just work - brilliantly.
