Very often we complain about poor service or bad customer experience and I just wanted to post about a superb, effortless experience from Spartan RC.
Sent two original 760 gyros back to Spartan to have the leads replaced. Adam Turner contacted me via the excellent online 'ticket' system to suggest they had been fully checked over, new leads fitted and after payment via paypal, would be sent back, insured post.
So, after 5 days away, they arrived back this morning, nicely packaged with new leads and new foam pads etc.
The online ticket system is a great way of knowing first of all your goods have been recieved, but then a really effective way of finding out what stage of 'service' they are at.
I doff my cap to Adam and team at Spartan RC who join my list of manufacturers / distributors who offer faultless service, along with Horizon UK.
Brilliant.
