it could also be the heli:
I had to shim my YS 91 SR, otherwise the V-Bar wouldn't work. It drifted randomly, but that stopped immediately when I used the additional seal ring. The downside is, you lose power.
It might also be worth to have a look into the sensor, check if nitro residue has leaked inside.

I have been chasing a VBar issue for months now and just cannot seem to trace the problem

I have three Vbars; two have been faultless but this one is a pig since day-one!

It is fitted to a brand new Trex600 powered by a brand new OS55 and still it behaves like too much vibration, is it possible that my gyro is over sensitive? If so can anyone suggest a remedy?

    Works perfectly for me:

    Zip Tie
    Gyro Tape
    VBar Sensor
    Gyro tape
    Zip Tie

    Helicopter Frame

I'm running a Novarossi, and VBar copes well setup this way! Governor rocks too!

    Hope this helps!
