My 'sigh' was not intended for you or the other site moderators, so please don't take it that way. It was due to the necessity of you having to voice concerns/be on guard for potential fallout. So it was for you & the site overall that I sighed.

You do a great job, most of which confuses & impresses me in equal measures. I'd be the first to stand along side you & take the children's toys away, smack their bottoms & tell them to play nicely.

Mind you, arguing against myself, I suppose this is a community as well as a forum, so your going to get the odd 'heated debate' & tit for tat.
Just seems to be happening a lot 'tis all.

I'll stick with the forum posts for now.

    Regards
    Mick

Cool. lts not something l would use myself, l`d just read it an smile. l`d like to think people would rather do that than go running to the headmaster to get someone banned. At least he had the sence to keep it off the pages.

After the very sad news we have all heard about tonight on these forums I think we all need to take stock of what is important in life.

Its been a bad week for bun fights and such this week so hopefully people will think twice about petty things like we have heard about this week.

Sometimes running to the headmaster is the best way to get a particular situation cleared up with the least fuss If it had been in full view it could have gone on for days/weeks possibly so nicely done I say

Okay - I'll run through a few points - but in essence the thread wasn't a topic for discussion or debate. Just a heads up on what people agreed too and to be frank autumns coming so less flying usually equal's more online activity.

He wasn't provoked - he completely miss read the comments as a personal attacks. I've read the thread so many times I keep hitting the same conclusion. But will add he wasn't helped by others also repeating.

Ask via PM's and I will talk about things if I feel they are warranted - remember though I don't ban lightly but many know my stance very well on language.

I feel I have to say something as people have mentioned my Nathans death.
At the time I lost Nathan, the people and moderators of this site gave my wife and I so much support in that particular thread and by private messages that I wonder how we would have coped without them, I do not know most of you and the thread was nothing to do with helicopters but I can tell you all that you made a difference to us for which we will be forever greatful. Such is the power of this site.

My own take on this thread is common sense and respect should prevail at all times. We all know when things are getting hot and bothered in posts - when you throw petrol on a fire - expect it to rage. We are grown ups - life is too short for bun fights.

As for me I am greatful to be flying again and getting help and advise from you all.

    Thank you everone.

    Regards

    Paul
