Tail Conversion kits just check please!

Saw this on RR Quote, its the ALU ends on the top rod..

It seems they was glued but the coating was not sanded from the ends, We have only released a few so far over here and they have been contacted to check they are correct.. and if not sure glue anyway!

Mine was a relatively recent one (a month or so ago) and it needed glueing :eek: Luckily, Rob pointed the potential issue out before I fitted it.

Sorry for my ignorance chaps, but what does the kit do, was it an issue with the standard set-up? or an upgrade?

Std kit mounts the tail servo on the boom.
this upgrade moves the tail servo to the front, but requires a mini servo for the throttle.
It then drives via a belcrank like the 600n.
Purpose is to keep the balance good without adding weight, if you are using a lightweight lipo pack, and to keep the tail servo away from the exhaust oil.
